About GSI

GSI is a project of the Community Health Improvement Partnership, created out of the need to address the needs of the uninsured in Sarasota County.  This includes providing information on the options for health coverage and information on free and low-cost health services and programs available in Sarasota County.  The GSI focus is on uninsured and underinsured families, individuals under 65 and small businesses.

How it works

The GSI Committee, working with Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP), meets regularly develop information and tools.  Its goal is to help everyone in Sarasota County achieve their health goals by educating the public about affordable insurance and healthcare options available locally.
